Delivery Information

Email vouchers are dispatched immediately after purchase free of charge. An automatic email with a gift voucher link will be sent as soon as the transaction is completed. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.

For email delivery, please be advised that if you or your company have a strict firewall this may prevent you from receiving your email voucher. Should you not receive a copy of the voucher within 24hrs please contact ashford@ashfordcastle.com

Gift vouchers are printed onto gift card and sent out in a beautiful presentation wallet.

Gift vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any UK public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday. We use Royal Mail. 

Please note that postal vouchers are dispatched from the UK which may result in customs charges for the recipient.

Royal Mail Standard aims to deliver in 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please allow fifteen (15) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is not a trackable service.

Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For aims to deliver in 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please allow fifteen (15) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2-3 days but this is not guaranteed. Please allow seven (7) working days for delivery during peak postal time. Tracking information will be sent to the purchaser’s email address (please note the parcel details will state SK Chase). UK ONLY.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver in 1-2 days but this is not guaranteed. Please allow five (5) working days for delivery during peak postal time. Tracking information will be sent to the purchaser’s email address (please note the parcel details will state SK Chase). UK ONLY.

Royal Mail Special Delivery aims to deliver by 1pm the next working day (if ordered before 12 noon). This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be sent to the purchaser’s email address (please note the parcel details will state SK Chase). UK ONLY.

Please note delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control (peak periods, strikes, adverse weather).
